Cypress Roofers Who Put the Damage on the Record First

We start every job by looking closely and writing down what we find. You get photos, a plain explanation and a free written estimate. If insurance may be involved, we walk you through the steps without promising what the adjuster will decide.

How We Work on Your Home

Most people call us because something looks wrong. A cracked tile after a windy night. A brown spot on the ceiling. Shingle grit piling up in the gutter. Our first job is to find out what is really going on, so every visit begins with a free inspection. One of us climbs up and walks the whole roof, from the open slopes to the flashing along walls and chimneys, the vents and the edges. If there's a way into the attic, we take a look from underneath as well.

Then we show you. You get photos of what we found, labeled so you can tell a worn spot from fresh damage. Some roofs only need a small fix, and that's what we'll recommend. Others are worn out, and we point to the signs that tell us so, like brittle shingles or underlayment that has given up under the tile. Our free written estimates list the work line by line, so you can see what moves the price: the size of the roof, the material, how easy it is to reach and what shape the wood underneath is in.

Insurance is where a lot of people get stuck. We work directly with your insurance claim. That means we document the damage, meet the adjuster on the roof if you want us there and explain the paperwork in everyday words. We don't decide what your policy covers, and we won't tell you a claim is a sure thing. Sometimes the honest answer is that the problem is age and wear. You're better off hearing that before you file.

What You Can Count On

Photos before opinions

Every inspection comes with pictures of your roof. You see the cracked tile or lifted shingle yourself before we recommend anything.

Straight talk on claims

If something looks like storm damage, we document it carefully. If it looks like normal aging, we tell you that too, so you don't file a claim that goes nowhere.

A tidy yard every evening

We cover plants near the work area and keep your driveway open when we can. Before we leave each day, we sweep the yard with a magnet for nails.

Ways to pay, and help in Spanish

If you'd rather spread out the cost, ask us about financing. It runs through Service Finance Company, and approval depends on your credit. We speak English and Spanish, so you can go over every step of the job in whichever one you prefer.

Where We Work

Cypress is home base. We also take roofing jobs in Los Alamitos, La Palma, Buena Park, Cerritos, Garden Grove, Stanton, Westminster, Lakewood, Artesia and Seal Beach. Most roofs we see are tile or asphalt shingle that have sat under years of strong sun, and we work on both. That includes roof repair, roof replacement, tile roofing, flat roofing and gutters. If you're not sure your street is on our list, just ask on the phone.
